AiWiki is an AI-powered video highlight generation service for gaming content, specifically Rocket League. We use advanced algorithms to analyze gameplay videos and automatically create highlight clips optimized for social media.
To use our service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You retain ownership of videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your videos for the purpose of providing our service. Generated clips remain your property.
Free tier users receive limited credits monthly. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. If you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact us for potential credit adjustment.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide the service "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or processing failures.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
